About Hypertension

I’m sixteen and have been through tons of testing to figure out why I have hypertension at such a young age,but nothing has been shown. I have evn been to a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. I’m healthy, and still have it. I was just wondering that maybe lupus could be a reason for it? I don’t know much about it,can anyone help me learn more about it. maybe having to do with hypertension or anything?
