The blood pressure machine at the store says I have hypertension/pre hypertension numbers. How can I manage it naturally? I can’t spend a boatload of money on health food either. And I can’t cook. I usually eat rice-aroni, ramon noodles and easy things to prepare. And I chew gum all the time.
