Deep slow breathing…works every time for me.
well that pretty much only leaves medication
eat very salty food……. spoon down salt at every opportunity…. till your weener pOpS!!

Don’t know about meditation, but medication does. Talk to your doctor about prescribing one for you.
Meditation seems to work for some people=many times it is a combination of things which together, do the trick.
It would seem that you’ve eliminated everything but medication.
I would seriously reconsider making lifestyle changes.
