		<description>Cut the salt out. Take garlic supplements or add garlic to cooking ..Don't try to treat it yourself though as High Blood Pressure can be dangerous if left untreated .Go and see you GP ,and if you have to go on melds they will regulate it for you Good Luck.</description>

		<description>I have heard of the following, (disclaimer) none of which would replace being treated by a doctor or health care provider:

1. Pharmaceutical grade fish oil- I take this myself and it helps. 
2. Limit the sodium in your diet- I do this, too
3. Black Cohosh- I have never used this- be careful, as there is a similar herb called Blue Cohosh whic could actually RAISE your BP!
4. I've heard that eating four stalks of celery a day will lower blood pressure. Again, I have no personal experience with this. 

Also make sure to keep hydrated- drink lots of water. Good luck!</description>
