      genetics,smoking,over weight,sedentary,other causes of secondary hypertension,renal artery stenosis,endocrinal conditions,calcium has no role in hypertension rather calcium channel blockers r anti hypertensives.nothing like prehypertensive crisis rather it is hypertensive crisis.
