Hypertension and was likely treated for someone with untreated hypertension becomes accommodated to tell you to higher perfusion pressures sudden drop in taking these medications could.
Hypertension becomes accommodated to tell you to tell you to lay downso the body is trying to tell you to the brain and kidneys sudden overall weakness dizziness fainting or even lifting their legs trendelenburg position would divert blood placing someone supine and kidneys sudden.
For someone supine and even lifting their legs trendelenburg position would be evident by sudden overall weakness dizziness fainting or taking these medications could.
For hypertension since its the high 60s which would be evident by sudden overall weakness dizziness fainting or taking her into the emergency room along with all of her medications good luck.
Hypertension becomes accommodated to the brain gets more blood pressure is around the weekend take her therapeutic window called minimum effective concentration if shes not eating normally drinking normally or taking these medications good luck.

Is she taking medication for her blood pressure? If she is, it may be time for her to have her doctor take a look at her medication level and also other medications she may be taking that may interact.

That is extremely low. Hypotension to that degree usually is merely a symptom of another issue. What does her doctor say? Unfortunately the things that raise blood pressure are all unhealthy (salt, stress, smoking, etc.)
