		<description>As you well know, all such determinations are based on the ratings in a large book...and that is just the way it is. If you disagree with the determination made by VA, you can appeal. BSing on this board will get you nothing, except for a little spleen venting. If you want to investigate further, go to the American Legion, give them limited power of attorney, and have them help you with the appeal.
