If you disagree with the determination made by VA, you can appeal. BSing on this board will get you nothing, except for a little spleen venting. If you want to investigate further, go to the American Legion, give them limited power of attorney, and have them help you with the appeal. - 100% Disabled Veteran (after 24 years of fighting for it) As you well know, all such determinations are based on the ratings in a large book…and that is just the way it is.
